Our company integrates product R&D, mould manufacturing, zinc and aluminum alloy products processing, plastic product injection mold, finish machining and surface finish.

Production capacity:

Our company processes 10 sets of 30T—280T zinc and aluminum die casting machine,8 sets of 125—3000g injection molding machine, complete set of automatic and semi-automatic finish machining equipment , mould manufacturing, various precisely professional test equipment, measuring instruments and has independent coating workshop, which all provide reliable safeguard for production.

Product system:
The products of our company have motor shell, garden irrigation products, fingerprint lock , door, window panel shake handshandle series, sanitary hardware series, auto parts and general machinery accessories, etc. Main clients are  BOSCH (ningbo) Co., Ltd, Mr Fukuda car, Qingdao into letter motor, luoyang yituo, etc. Our company has passed ISO9001-2008 quality management system certification.

Development History :
Since established in 1997, Our company has always stuck to the philosophy " the quality first for the vitality, service supreme for endurance, to trinity integrated manufacturing advantage" ,which receives the affirmation of the customers home and abroad, performance stable growth. In order to optimize industrial chain, In December 2009 ,the first workshop and advanced special equipment were established. With the development of the company, in September 2011, the factory introduced again precisely processing equipment and automatic special processing equipment, which increased the production space and the quality of the product once more.

Our company has a perfect design team, and apply advanced CAD/CAE/CAM design program, and import Anycasting mold design software. All these lay a good foundation for the products processing, mold manufacturing and provides a high quality, the diversity of the products and services for the customers.
